1 Preparing and filing of return, e-forms as per Company Act, 2013
2 Preparation and maintenance of statutory registers, drafting of annual report/ directors report
3 Drafting of documents required for Board meeting, Shareholders meetings and others

Job description

1. Independently handling and managing company audits and income tax audits; including preparation of CARO and Form 3CD.

2. Preparation and finalisation of financial statements as per companies Act and non-corporate entities

3. Applicability of Accounting Standards

4. Handling Income Tax Queries.

5. Conducting GST audit and handling GST Queries

6. Good knowledge of MS Excel.

7. Update knowledge for amendments in income tax and GST Laws.

8. Working knowledge of companies Act.

9. Knowledge of Genius and Tally software will be beneficial.
