OCM Lead / 6 Months / Burbank, CA (Candidates must be LOCAL or CA residents in order to be considered.)

Position: OCM Lead
Duration: 6 Months
Work Location: Burbank, CA (Candidates must be LOCAL or CA residents in
order to be considered.)
Max Rate: $80/hr all inclusive

Responsibilities:
. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key business stakeholders and project
team members to ensure continued alignment on project goals. Work closely
with the OCM business liaison and Project Executive regarding training,
communication and change management requirements in support of
post-implementation enhancements and new functionality. Continue to support
the formalized Super User program and informal change network.
. Communication: Responsible for the creation and execution of the
communications plan, including the development and delivery of
communications across all communication channels (meetings, emails,
intranet, etc.) Manage the project communications mailboxes.
. Training: Develop, maintain and/or oversee systems training materials and
training delivery logistics as needed. Supervise one training developer.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree required, concentration in communication, organizational
development, psychology, business administration, education, or related area
preferred
. A minimum of 5 years experience creating and implementing change
management strategies for systems implementations in large organizations.
. Specific experience in the following areas is required: (please do not
send candidates if they do not have the below experience)
. Organizational change management for large scale SAP projects
. Business transformation implementations (with an emphasis on systems as
well as process change elements)
. Communications plans implementation
. Organizational Development
. Project management and strategic planning
. Assessment and Metrics
. Experience working with tools such as; uPerform, and Survey Monkey (or
other survey tools)
. Candidate needs to be polished, able to communicate succinctly, present
various ideas and concepts to project management, influence all levels of
the team & user community, be humble and amiable.
Knowledge/Skills:
. Excellent consulting skills, including the ability to establish trust and
rapport with key stakeholders, identify underlying needs, and develop
sustainable solutions
. Experience in the management of large and small scale organizational
readiness initiatives
. Working knowledge of organization development and large-scale change
management methodologies, principles and practices
. Excellent verbal & written communication skills with ability to
communicate with senior leadership and at any level in the organization
. Ability to communicate concisely
. Ability to work across domestic and international geographic locations
. Ability to think strategically and make sound, data-based business
decisions
. Strong project planning, project management, and project integration
skills
. Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues and clients to drive change
and influence the adoption of new ideas
. Experience using survey and assessment tools to identify business needs
and measure effectiveness of solutions
. Must be able to use a computer with a high degree of proficiency (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint)
. Proven exceptional group facilitation skills
