Job Description:
* Preparation of job Hazard analysis (JSA).
* To identify the hazards in the work place and give their remedial measure.
* To conduct tool box talk to the worker regarding their job & daily safety checklist before the work start..
* Regular checking of the various safety system of the plant and maintain records as per statutory requirements.
* Conduct safety induction to the new worker.
* Regular checking of the various safety system of the machine and maintain records as per statutory requirements.
* Impart safety training to the site workers / engineers.
* Investigation and reporting of accidents to management for corrective action.
* Identifying unsafe action, unsafe condition and immediate rectification of the same before any incident occurs.
* Check availability and validity of work permits.
* Periodic inspection of all machinery, lifting tools & tackles and P.P.E maintaining the record for same.
