We regret that no cancellations can be accepted after November 2, 2010. Refund for cancellations of registration will be made after the event. On or before November 2, 2010 Full refund less administrative charges of 20% b) All refunds will be less taxes levied (if any). If registration fee has been paid online through credit card/ debit card/ net banking then the transaction charges will not be refunded. c) Substitutions are welcome. In case a registered participant is unable to attend, he/ she may send his/ her representative/ substitute to attend the event. However, he/ she must inform us latest by November 8, 2010. d) No-shows are responsible for entire fee. No refund will be made
