Please note that all service providers and telecom operators have announced that a higher rate/tariff per SMS will be charged on both 16th & 17th October. The rates can range from Rs.1 - 3 per SMS. Moreover, it is not confirmed whether your messages will be delivered or not due to high congestion on the networks.

It is advised that you use online free text messaging sites during this week to save money. I am using one through which I can upload all my contacts within a minute and then send them free group sms at one go.
