Overview
The only thing that is permanent today is change. Your organization is in constant state of change - ever increasing competition and complexity, evolving customer needs, technological advances, social trends, and continual changes in policies and procedure. Business leaders are constantly faced with the challenge of redefining their strategies on leadership, talent, and diversity, while evaluating their operational effectiveness. With this in mind, it is important to understand the fundamentals of change management process, as it will guide you in managing the turbulent times.
Conflict is a driving force of change that can result in improved decision-making processes and progressive team development. However, teams must learn to be confrontational without destroying the team process. The role of conflict in work teams is determined by the manner in which it is managed. Conflict pervades the core of team processes, and, if undressed, conflict serves to stunt the development of a team.
The 3- day program has been designed to give you an understanding, methodology and tools so that you are able to restore relationships and increase productivity, innovation, and creativity in your organization.
You need an effective team conflict resolution strategy for managing all aspects of conflict.

Programme Dates and Venue
This is a residential programme organized at IIM Indore during November 23 – 25, 2009.
Fee
Rs. 20,000 (Residential) per participant. The fee includes board, lodging, course material and stationery.
Payment of Fee
Fee for MDP programme should be sent through crossed demand draft in favour of Indian Institute of Management Indore, payable at Indore. IIMI Permanent Account Number (PAN) is AAAJI0057R.
Registration
Participants are nominated by their organization. For participation in MDPs, sponsoring organizations are required to send us the completed nomination form(s) of nominated participant(s) along with the Programme fee in advance before the stipulated date (usually 10 days prior to commencement of the Programme). The Programme fee includes lodging, boarding and course kit. Nominations are subject to acceptance by the MDP Office, IIM Indore.
