¨      Branch Operations

Preparing a comparative analysis statement of branch performance with the previous year & the branch targets etc. Assisting the Branch Head in preparing various other performance reports for different quarters. Representing the branch before the review at H.O. for all matters relating to sales & marketing area as well as providing of suggestions for business growth. Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives & streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.

 

¨      Business Development / Marketing

Initiating contact with potential customers for developing leads, sales & cross selling financial products. Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans to build consumer preference. Developing and creating new business plan for achieving the sales target. Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

 

¨      Client Relationship Management

Managing customer centric operations, forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solutions / products and cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business. Developing relationships with the customers in target markets for business development. Maintaining healthy & cordial relationships with the institutional/ corporate clients for expanding business & resolving the queries & complaints for high customer satisfaction.

 

 

¨      Channel Management

Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable (agents/distributors), resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share. Evaluating performance & monitor agent related activities for deeper market penetration. Assisting agent's to meet their business targets & achieve profitable returns on investment

 

¨      Team Management

Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members. Imparting regular training to the newly recruited sales person on various aspects relating to the company and its various financial products.
